I was digging through old crap today and found my old tattoo mod for GTASA (PC). It replaces one of the back tattoos with Steve-O’s “Yea dude! I rock!” tattoo. Install instructions are included in the readme found in the zip file.

Read the readme-install.txt file that’s in the zip file. This is only for the PC version.

how do you get that tattoo and can you get it for PS2

On the PS2 version, the instructions are the same, but you have to get the .img file from the ISO, put the .txd in it, and then put the new .img back in to the the ISO, then burn the ISO and play it. However, this also means you need a modded PS2 to play the modded game.
I don’t know exactly how to do all of this, I only have the PC version, but you can try looking around GTAForums.com. Imo, they’re the best GTA modding community by far.
