Some HDTVs also have a video out port on them that you can connect to a capture card if you need high def recording. I only have an SDTV though. I used this video capture card:
Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-150 MCE Kit Tuner Card

So i think that they MIGHT have a certain budget on how much money you sould be earning in the pub games.
